The Collector's Calvados AOC Pays d'Auge of Courménil

In the last century, Rémi Foucher, master distiller and a loyal friend of our family, distilled these magnificent vintages in his wood-fired still, the very one his parents had fired before him. What immense pleasure my father took in learning from such a master.

Born of a double distillation in AOC Pays d'Auge, these very old vintages are rare "hearts of the run", from which Rémi kept only the very best of the best. They celebrate those bygone times with the mellowness of the old barrels that make up our cellars.

Naturally reduced by the angels' share over the years, they are a small masterpiece of aromas, wood tannins, tradition and elegance.

We shall have to be highly selective and draw only a few litres from these rarities, so as to leave future generations the pleasure of tasting the very finest of what was made in days gone by.

Every vintage bottle is unique, numbered, and will be drawn at the very last moment.
