Ultra premium series of 150 numbered bottles
drawn from cask B2301 (single cask)
Double distilled over a wood fire in the art of the prestigious AOC Pays d’Auge appellation, this Norman Calvados of more than 20 years of age is an enchanting symphony of aromas that are rich and complex. A refined and authentic tasting experience for connoisseurs.
Tasting:
An old-gold colour for an indulgent Calvados.
With its notes of ripe apple, vanilla, caramel and oak, this captivating spirit offers an unforgettable sensory experience.
Its aromatic richness might make you doubt its 20 years, but its complexity bears witness to its long years under wood in our cellars. A finish with notes of honey, of great suppleness.
2003 harvest
A flowering disrupted by heavy rain. An extraordinary summer marked by an almost constant rising heat from May to the end of August.
Heavy September rains, refreshing for our apple trees.
A harvest very small in quantity but exceptional in quality, followed by a quiet fermentation of nearly a year which allowed an ultra-select distillation of the coeur de chauffe, the best of the best in the Pays d’Auge.
